Although all yoga is technically hatha yoga, a vinyasa yoga is fast-paced and has many asanas in one class. Each yoga class is designed so that you'll align your breath to the posture. You'll hold the asana for at least a few breaths before you move onto the next posture.
The beauty of vinyasa yoga is that there is so much variety. One class may challenge you to focus on cultivating more physical - and mental - strength, whereas another may be a slower flow focusing on mobility. Each of our classes will be themed so that you'll not only leave feeling as though you helped your physical body but your spiritual body as well.
