We handle returns on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate goal of making our customers happy. We stand behind our goods and services and want customers to be satisfied with them. We'll always do our best to take care of customers—our philosophy is to deal with them fairly and reasonably. We have long believed that when we treat our customers fairly, they in turn are fair with us. We apply refunds to the tender with which returned items were purchased. If we choose to provide a refund and no record of sale is available, we'll ask for personal identification and a refund will be provided at the current price on an Earth Breath Yoga gift card.
Need to make a return? We no longer send return labels with orders, but you can still print your own prepaid label, get a QR code to use at eligible USPS locations, or make your return in store.
Returns must be processed at the original location.
You have 7 days to return any unused products. You can send all unused products to 10700 SW Beaverton Hillsdale Hwy, STE 546, Beaverton, OR 97005.
If you receive a CBD massage and aren't 100% satisfied with the results, you can request a refund for 100% of the total CBD upcharge.
If you are unhappy with your massage or other service, you can request a partial refund. Refunds will not exceed the total cost to the business, except in the case where the business (or any employee acting on behalf of the business) is at fault. If you used a prepaid or monthly subscription for the massage or other service, then that will be added back to your account.
