 Story

Earth Breath Yoga is a wellness studio that focuses on helping people feel good and live well. We offer massage, yoga, Ayurveda, and breathwork classes that meet you where you’re at to help you transform to where you want to be.

We first established in 2020, but Rachael has been practicing massage therapy since 2008. In 2016 she began practicing yoga to combat her restless legs and soon realized its profound spiritual and emotional benefits. 

We believe that it's our mission to help bring about the change we wish to see in the world. We strive to create deeper connections with everyone around us, and to live deep, purpose-filled lives.

About the Owner

Rachael is a Licensed Massage Therapist, Registered Yoga Teacher, and Certified Barre Instructor. She graduated from The Healing Arts Institute in Fort Collins, Colorado in 2008 with a 500-hour certificate of massage therapy.  She then went on to complete her Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration at Colorado State University. In 2015 she completed a Barre Certification program and began teaching classes.

Meet the Instructors

Rachael completed her 200 hour yoga teacher training in December 2019 when she was 7 months pregnant. She is very knowledgable with prenatal yoga, and loves to teach a flowing and challenging vinyasa class, or help you melt into the fascial tissues of a deeply restorative yin class. Although Rachael initially got into yoga due to restless legs, she foudn that her teacher training opened her up spiritually and she is eager to share her insights.

Ellen MacKay (E-RYT 500) believes that yoga can help anyone and any body type find peace and happiness in this world.  With a wide variety of clients, she has seen the benefits of a well adjusted practice bring balance back to the body and mind.  She brings expertise gained from 15 years of sharing yoga with over 4000 classroom hours of adapting postures to meet the needs of students, insight from leading six teacher trainings and one international yoga retreat.
