Our
Story
Earth Breath Yoga is a wellness studio that focuses on helping people feel good and live well. We offer massage, yoga, Ayurveda, and breathwork classes that meet you where you’re at to help you transform to where you want to be.
We first established in 2020, but Rachael has been practicing massage therapy since 2008. In 2016 she began practicing yoga to combat her restless legs and soon realized its profound spiritual and emotional benefits.
We believe that it's our mission to help bring about the change we wish to see in the world. We strive to create deeper connections with everyone around us, and to live deep, purpose-filled lives.
Meet the Team
Rachael completed her 200 hour yoga teacher training in December 2019 when she was 7 months pregnant. She is very knowledgable with prenatal yoga, and loves to teach a flowing and challenging vinyasa class, or help you melt into the fascial tissues of a deeply restorative yin class. Although Rachael initially got into yoga due to restless legs, she found that her teacher training opened her up spiritually and she is eager to share her insights.

In private yoga therapy and public group classes Maddie seeks to empower all students to access their own intuitive healing potential with compassion and kindness. She also believes in living in tune with the rhythm of natural cycles and enjoys adapting her classes to serve the needs of the season and time of day.
