How do I enter a promo code?
If you were given a promo code for a special rate on our memberships, please follow this link to be taken to the exact steps you'll follow.
How many classes are in each membership?
In the 4 classes per month memberhsip, there are 4 classes per month. In the 8 classes per month membership, the student can take up to 8 classes per month. In the unlimited yoga membership, you are welcome to take as many classes as you'd like, including our on-demand yoga class content!
When can I take the classes?
You are able to take the classes any time throughout the month. At the beginning of your billing period, you'll be charged for the membership you purchased, and will be able to use as many of the classes as you'd like, whenever you like.
Do classes roll over to the next month?
No, our monthly membership classes do not roll over month-to-month, but you are welcome to share one of your classes with a friend or family member if you are unable to make it to all of your classes.
Can I freeze my membership?
Yes! You can freeze your membership for up to 3 months per calendar year. To freeze your membership, simply contact us at hello@earthbreathyoga.com and we'd be happy to assist you with this.
What if class is cancelled?
If class is cancelled, you will be credited a class to your account.
What if I can't make it to a class that I signed up for?
If you signed up for a class and find that you cannot make it, you can cancel up to 2 hours prior to the class time. If you are past the 2 hour mark, we will send you a recording of the class.
Can I set the membership to start at a later date?
Yes! You can set the membership to start at a later date. All you need to do is contact us at hello@earthbreathyoga.com and let us know which membership you'd like and when you want it to start.
I already have a package. Can I start with a lower membership and upgrade later once I've used my package?
Absolutely! You'll still get the same rate when you upgrade to a higher-level membership once your package is used up.
