You don’t have to figure out what kind of massage you need—we’ll talk briefly about what’s going on in your body, and I’ll build your session from there. Whether you’re looking for deep tissue work to unwind chronic pain, or you just need to melt into the table and let your stress finally go, this session flexes to fit. What’s included (at no extra charge): Hot stones to soften muscle tension and deepen relaxation Cupping to increase circulation and release stuck fascia Aromatherapy and essential oils to calm your mind and support your nervous system Hot towels to soothe and ground Lavender eye pillows to ease you into deep rest Red light therapy to promote healing and cellular recovery You’re welcome to opt in—or out—of anything. Cancellation Policy
Standard Massage Booking Policy To ensure smooth scheduling and fairness for all clients and therapists, the following booking policies apply to all standard services, including 60- and 90-minute custom massages, aromatherapy massages, sports massages, and other therapeutic sessions. Booking Requirements A credit card on file is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. We respect your time, and in return, we ask for timely communication if your availability changes. Cancellation & Rescheduling You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours in advance without penalty. Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 100% of the service fee. No-shows will also be charged the full service fee. Insurance Clients Please note that insurance providers do not reimburse for missed or late-cancelled appointments. If you are using insurance for your session and cancel late or no-show, you will be personally responsible for the full service cost.
