Not at all. I translate the chart for you in clear, grounded language. You may come in with zero astrology knowledge and still walk away feeling deeply seen, aligned, and informed. ​ That said, this work does require an open mind—a willingness to engage with a practice that many ancient cultures, from the Egyptians to the Mayans, used as a source of profound wisdom, timing, and transcendence. You don’t have to believe in astrology as dogma—but honoring its lineage and letting it speak can allow something deeply meaningful to unfold.

Yes—woven throughout your experience. I share the most relevant insights from your chart at the beginning and during our Sacred Close. You’ll also receive a recorded audio summary of your chart insights, which may include reflection prompts or care suggestions to support continued integration.

That’s okay. While an accurate birth time allows for deeper chart precision, we can still work together. I may use a solar chart or other intuitive methods, and your body will always guide the process. You can still have a powerful and aligned experience. If you can get your exact birth time, however, through calling the hospital you were born at, then you would benefit so much more.

Yes—with care. This work can be incredibly supportive during major transitions like pregnancy or postpartum recovery. If you're pregnant, I ask that you're past the first trimester, have clearance from your care provider, and let me know in advance so we can adapt the session to support you and your baby safely. If you’re postpartum, we’ll tailor the session to your current capacity—physically, emotionally, and spiritually. You are always welcome here.

Because the TerraSoma Method™ is a ritual—not a routine—your session is only offered when it can be held with the depth, presence, and energetic clarity it requires. In rare cases, if I’m not in the right state to serve you well (due to illness, depletion, or energetic misalignment), I may need to reschedule. If I initiate the reschedule, you’ll never be charged a fee. Your session will simply be moved to the next available aligned window. However, if you choose to cancel altogether after I’ve begun preparing your chart, your 50% deposit will be retained. In that case, you’ll still receive the recorded audio summary of your chart insights and the Ritual Box (if it was included with your session). This ensures the energy, time, and preparation invested are honored, while still offering you meaningful value and closure.

After booking, you’ll receive a detailed intake form. I ask that you complete it within 24 hours to begin the ritual design process. In the days before your session, give yourself space to slow down—hydrate, rest, and avoid overbooking your schedule. You don’t need to be perfect—you just need to be present. If possible, I highly recommend taking the rest of the day and at least one evening to yourself to integrate.

That’s not just normal—it’s often a sign that something meaningful is moving. The TerraSoma Method™ works with your nervous system, your chart, and your body’s memory. Sometimes that means releasing tension. Other times, it means releasing emotion—tears, insights, or energy that’s been held quietly for years. After your session, we move into a Sacred Close, where we reflect on what came through. You’ll also receive a recorded audio summary of your chart insights, which may include integration prompts or ritual suggestions. This work is designed to meet the full range of your being—not just the physical. If you feel deeply, you’re in the right place.

Due to the deep preparation required, I ask for at least 7 days’ notice for any reschedules. If you cancel after preparation has begun, you will still receive your recorded chart summary, but no refund will be issued. You can review the full [Booking Policy here].

The TerraSoma Method™ is designed as a once-per-season or once-per-year initiatory experience—not a regular massage. However, once you’ve completed a TerraSoma™ session, you’ll gain exclusive access to private offerings not available to the public. These include: ~ Lunar Ritual Massages ~ Solar Return Body Rituals ~ Eclipse Integration Sessions ~ Retrograde Reset Sessions These follow-ups extend and deepen the work.
