Massage Therapist Career – Thrive With Our Support
As a Massage Therapist at Earth Breath Yoga, you'll provide transformative, client-centered massage services in a nurturing and holistic environment. At Earth Breath Yoga, we take care of the logistics so you can focus on what you do best—providing outstanding massage therapy. From marketing to client scheduling, we’ve got it covered, leaving you free to excel in your practice and connect with clients.

Compensation

$45.50 per massage hour (opportunity for raises)

$15 per hour between sessions

Tips: Average tips range from $10–$30 per hour, significantly increasing your earning potential

Additional bonuses: Range from $10–$20 for client memberships and other incentives

Shift Details
We are currently seeking several therapists to fill the following shifts:

Saturday - Tuesday Morning: 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM
-
Saturday - Tuesday Afternoon: 3:00 PM - 8:00 PM
-
Wednesday - Friday Afternoon: 3:00 PM - 8:00 PM
Session Timing: 20-minute breaks between clients to ensure you have enough time between sessions.

Our Licensed Massage Therapist hiring position at Earth Breath Yoga has the following responsibilities: ​

Provide exceptional massage therapy experiences using required and additional modalities based on client needs

Write and maintain SOAP notes as needed
-
Maintain a clean and organized workspace

Uphold Earth Breath Yoga’s commitment to professionalism, ethics, and client-first values

We'll also need to make sure that you meet the following minimum qualifications:

Licensed Massage Therapist in the state of Oregon
-
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a massage therapist, with a proven track record of professionalism and reliability

Technical skills and ability to adapt to new technology

Willingness to learn and adapt
