Service Description

Join Maddie to awaken and nourish body, mind, and heart with seasonally adapted mindful breath and movement practices. Each part of practice will have options provided for those who need a gentler practice, as well as those wishing for more challenge. All classes are aimed at reconnecting you to the cyclical rhythms of the season and time of day. Some limited props available on site, feel free to bring your own if convenient.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel your appointment or reservation, you may do so online, or you can contact me at hello@earthbreathyoga.com or at 503-521-6926 at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. Late cancels or no shows will be charged the entire service fee, or use a pre-paid to pay for the service. Thank you for your understanding.
