Hey there, I'm Rachael

I'm a Licensed Massage Therapist, Registered Yoga Teacher, and Transformational Coach.

I created my own massage practice and grew it to be fully booked in less than 2 years!

I've done this through creating superior value that other studios charge for, teaching people the same self-care strategies that I use every single day to help combat stubborn back pain from sitting too much, poor posture, and my postpartum body.

I've helped THOUSANDS of people in my 15-year career decrease back pain, improve strength, and feel better in their bodies.

...and have created a multifaceted approach to pain management in the process.

​

I know how hard and uncomfortable it is to live with back pain every single day, all while balancing the many demands life throws your way, like family, work, and hobbies. And that's why I teach only the most effective pain and self-care management strategies, so you can take care of yourself and get back to your life, saving time, money, and energy.

I developed this coaching program out of a need for transparency and accountability in the self-care and pain management industries.

I'm here to change the conversation and revamp the perception of self-care and pain management, to help you learn about pain and how it manifests in the body...and help you learn EXACTLY WHAT TO DO ABOUT IT.

I'm excited about teaching people how to live a life free of pain, free of pain medications, and being more connected in their lives. Because that ultimately translates to saving you money, having a better relationship with your spouse, being able to play with your kids, and do all the hobbies you want to do!
