We're dedicated to providing Sports Massage to help you decrease your pain. Our trained Sports Massage Therapists use pin and stretch techniques that target the connective tissue to decrease pain and soreness. Our unique approach includes the use of CBD oil and red light therapy to enhance results, decrease inflammation, and increase pain relief. Cancellation Policy
Standard Massage Booking Policy To ensure smooth scheduling and fairness for all clients and therapists, the following booking policies apply to all standard services, including 60- and 90-minute custom massages, aromatherapy massages, sports massages, and other therapeutic sessions. Booking Requirements A credit card on file is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. We respect your time, and in return, we ask for timely communication if your availability changes. Cancellation & Rescheduling You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours in advance without penalty. Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 100% of the service fee. No-shows will also be charged the full service fee. Insurance Clients Please note that insurance providers do not reimburse for missed or late-cancelled appointments. If you are using insurance for your session and cancel late or no-show, you will be personally responsible for the full service cost.
