Continue to nourish your body and mind during what we call the fourth trimester, when our bodies are still in a state of flux, in conjunction with caring for a newborn. Our bodies are still excreting the hormone relaxin throughout the fourth trimester, making us more susceptible to sprains and strains. Our pelvis and core just underwent incredible stress and strain and now needs time to repair and heal. Practicing postnatal yoga can help realign your pelvis and sacrum, and prevent lower back and hip injuries.
To cancel a regular class, please cancel with at least 4 hours' notice. Private yoga or breathwork sessions require 24 hours' notice. Thank you for your understanding.
