Pelvic Health Yoga Workshop

Service Description

We've partnered with Mendwell Health to co-host this pelvic health talk and yoga class. In this 90-minute class, we'll cover what pelvic PT can treat, an overview of the anatomy of the pelvis, myths around pelvic health, the connection of the diaphragm to the pelvic floor, how breathing impacts the pelvic floor, yoga and pelvic floor health, and more! Not eligible for new client discount.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel your appointment or reservation, you may do so online, or you can contact me at hello@earthbreathyoga.com or at 503-521-6926 at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. Late cancels or no shows will be charged the entire service fee, or use a pre-paid to pay for the service. Thank you for your understanding.
