At Earth Breath Yoga, we're more than just a yoga studio, we're a family of soul explorers and healers looking to make a positive impact in the world. From traditional vinyasa and yin, to prenatal, breathwork sessions, and yin yasa, we have whatever you need to meet you where you're at. 

 

Yin

Feel refreshed and relaxed through a slow-paced yin yoga class. We'll sink deep into the connective tissue to help restore flexibility to tight muscles and joints. 

 

YinYasa

Enliven your senses in this unique blend of fast-paced vinyasa and slower yin yoga. We'll slowly prepare the body for movement and then move into a faster flow, ending with gentle yin. 

 

Vinyasa

Awaken your body and mind through a fast-paced, flowing vinyasa class, connecting breath to movement. You'll gain strength of body and mind, as well as flexibility and balance. 

 

Ashtanga

Find your meditation in motion and establish a daily practice through this traditional structured series of postures. Synchronize your breath with progressive and continuous asanas, producing internal heat to detoxify your body, build strength, flexibility, and stamina, all while calming the mind.

 

Prenatal

Prenatal yoga is incredibly beneficial for your body and mind in this transformative time in your life. It helps prepare  your body for birth, and calm your anxious mind and connect to your baby.
